Our DIY queen Jacqueline Chan (Whimsy Milieu) is back with a brand new craft workshop! Embroidery Sampler's are mini artworks in themselves. Jacquie will teach you a range of different stitches which you can adapt in your own colours and then you can make your own patterns or images with what you've learnt. These gorgeous simple samplers would make a beautiful gift for someone special or you can keep it all to yourself.

You take home the embroidery hoop, the samples you made, an instruction booklet, some thread and a needle. We'll also provide some light refreshments and lots of chatter.
Jacquie is the genius behind Whimsy Milieu, a locally handcrafted design label specialising in jewellery, homewares and other gorgeous accessories. Jacquie has a Bachelor of Design from UNSW's College of Fine Arts and has been working as a designer and stylist for over 4 years, she has been teaching workshops at the gallery for the past year.
