Raw Dessert Workshop with Claire Power
When: Sunday June 23rd, 10am - 12pm (2 hours)

What you’ll Get: Recipe booklet + raw vegan treats + pen and notepad.
What you need to bring: A container to take some raw treats home.
Come and learn to make your own nourishing guilt-free raw vegan desserts.
In this workshop you will learn how to make delicious plant-based raw desserts, the nutrition benefits of the key ingredients used in plant-based treats, how to make your own plant-based milk and the basic skill required in making and decorating raw vegan treats. Think raw cheesecakes, caramel slice and more! All desserts are made with wholefoods, are vegan, free from refined sugar and gluten.
You will also enjoy generous plant-based healthy nibbles and refreshments, nibble on raw vegan treats and get to take home some of each of the raw vegan treats made in the workshop so make sure to bring a container to take some home. You will also receive a recipe booklet of all the desserts we will make in the workshop + extra to make at home and connect with like-minded people in the workshop.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Due to the nature of these workshops we cannot refund your ticket if you cancel within 7 days of the event. The Corner Store Gallery reserves the right to cancel this workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum tickets sales are not met. In the event of cancellation your payment will be fully refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: half the cost of your ticket covers the whole food ingredients used in making the raw vegan desserts for you to take home.
ALLERGIES: I will be using a lot of nuts so this workshop is not suitable for people who are seriously allergic to all type of nuts.

Claire creates and shares colourful healthy vegan recipes through her blog and social media to a following of over 99,000 people. She has been making raw vegan desserts for over 5 years and has developed and photographed recipes for many businesses including Woolworths, San Remo, Thermomix, The Chia Co, Cocobella and more. Claire has had many of her vegan recipes appear in health and wellness magazines in Australia and overseas.
