Anthea Amore’s work explores environmental themes and our human impacts. Amore’s ceramic sculptures explore the beauty and fragility of our natural world and our relationship to it. Evoking a deep sense of our interconnectedness. She has a Diploma of Ceramics and an Advanced Diploma of Visual Arts majoring in Ceramics.

Bitter and Twisted observes fragments of discarded ghost nets and ropes from the commercial fishing industry, initiating conversations about the effects we are having on the oceans' ecosystems.

Fragments of discarded nylon ropes and nets deteriorate in the open seas and wreak havoc on unsuspecting marine creatures.

Shipping:

Artwork is available for collection or shipping after the closing date of the exhibition, February 24, 2024.

We charge a flat rate of $35 for all artworks within Australia, with an additional $5 added for each extra artwork purchased through our online store. All artworks are insured and come safely packaged. Any artwork marked for CUSTOM SHIPPING is either too large, too heavy or too delicate to ship with our flat rate and will need a custom shipping invoice.

All online artwork sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
