I am fascinated by the colours and geology of central Australia. These ancient formations tell a story of millennia. These places are awesome, humbling, and sacred. These colours make my soul sing. They are home. They are also the product of heat, time, and chemical reactions, just like the many processes of creating kiln-formed glass.

This piece was inspired by Wurre (Rainbow Valley Conservation Area, NT) in Imarnte country, created on Wiradjuri country, and is dedicated to all First Nations people of this amazing continent they welcome us to call home. It’s a story of constant change caused by elements like heat, wind, and pressure, and human intervention.  But it’s also a story of persistence, resilience, healing and caretaking.

Artwork is available for collection or shipping after the closing date of the exhibition, February 24, 2024.

We charge a flat rate of $35 for all artworks within Australia, with an additional $5 added for each extra artwork purchased through our online store. All artworks are insured and come safely packaged. Any artwork marked for CUSTOM SHIPPING is either too large, too heavy or too delicate to ship with our flat rate and will need a custom shipping invoice.

All online artwork sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
