Contact us about personal payment plans and Layby.
Warmly Ways is an abstracted landscape that explores place, memory, and gentle navigation through the natural world. Drawing on time spent observing bushland forms, Zoe simplifies trees, pathways, and terrain into layered shapes and rhythmic marks. Textured surfaces and repeated lines suggest movement, walking, and the quiet accumulation of time. A muted palette of greys, blues, and soft neutrals is warmed with ochre and orange, evoking filtered light, warmth, and familiarity.
Zoe Sernack is an Australian artist whose practice is grounded in close observation of nature. She studies landscapes through prolonged looking, sketching, and abstraction before translating these impressions onto wooden boards using layered paint and tactile mark-making. Her work sits between abstraction and landscape, guided by intuition rather than literal representation. Through texture, repetition, and considered colour, Zoecreates calm, contemplative works that invite slow viewing and personal interpretation, echoing the restorative experience of being immersed in the natural environment.
