Kim Bizo is an emerging Australian artist based in Armidale, New South Wales, known for her unique contemporary still life paintings. Originally from New Zealand, she studied at the Otago Polytechnic School of Fine Arts before settling in regional NSW in 2015, where she returned to her art practice with renewed focus.

Her distinctive paintings explore beauty, symbolism and femininity through intimate still life compositions, offering a fresh and contemporary take on everyday objects. Kim’s work is recognised for its layered meaning, playful detail and refined use of colour.

She has exhibited in both regional and metropolitan galleries, including the New England Regional Art Museum, Project Gallery 90 in Sydney, The Toowoomba Gallery, and The Corner Store Gallery in Orange. Her latest collection, Adornment, marks a shift in her practice, moving from the sensory language of food into a more personal exploration of self-presentation, ritual and identity.
