Natalie Lapardin, Nashi & Nasturtium, 2026

Oil on canvas, 33x33cm framed

Natalie Lapardin is a Sydney-based realist painter with a deep love for the beauty found in everyday life. Formally trained at the Julian Ashton Art School and with a background in academic study, she brings both technical rigour and genuine warmth to her practice. Her work centres on still life, a genre she approaches not as tradition for tradition's sake, but as an opportunity to slow down, look closely and find the extraordinary in the ordinary. Natalie's paintings are collected by people who are drawn to original Australian art that feels joyful, skilled and deeply human.

“Time and again I find myself drawn to the subject of fruit and flowers. These little beauties of nature, which we interact with as part of our everyday, are eternally inspiring. I love their potential for vivid colour and enjoy pushing the chromatic intensity. Working with a palette full of colour brings me great joy and I hope to convey that in my paintings.”
